Sofaburn Records teams up with Mike Vallely & Street Plant!

We are beyond stoked that the good folks at Sofaburn Records have teamed up with Mike Vallely's Street Plant family to help curate the music for their upcoming skateboarding film. Lots of cool things to come from this project, so stay tuned!

Renewed vigor and enthusiasm

The idea, three years ago, to “build a new studio, buy an old Harrison Class A analog console and a 24 track 2” tape machine and record a new album” has finally become a reality. The control room has been wired, all lines have been tested and recording will soon be underway for the as of yet untitled full-length follow up to 2010’s You Will Be Buried Here. We are locked in and hunkered down with renewed vigor and enthusiasm. Expect a release later this year on SofaBurn.

Another busy summer has come and gone. Here are some awesome things we've experienced over the last couple months:

A new studio floor
We've been as busy as possible writing material for our new album that we hope to document onto two-inch tape sometime this winter.
We have some shows coming up next month with lots of old friends and some new ones in Dayton, Columbus, Chicago and Newport. Come say hello and hear some new tunes.
